Building A Better Buffalo

Friends For A Better Buffalo, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to C.A.R.E.—Connecting, Advocating, serving as a Resource, and Educating residents in Buffalo and Western New York. Founded by Terrance Heard and Nina Heard, the organization focuses on strengthening communities through education, advocacy, and outreach.

Terrance Heard, also a Buffalo School Board Member At-Large, leads the Heard Group USA LLC and serves on several education boards. Nina Heard, a General Motors executive, is actively involved in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and various community initiatives.
