Providing Resources for Teenage Girls Living With Cancer

Young people can get some of the most rare and fastest growing forms of cancer. Their rapidly changing bodies can work against them, enabling the cancer to grow faster.

Kaely’s Kindness Foundation provides vital resources for teenage girls living with cancer throughout Western New York. Founded after Kaely Kwitek was diagnosed with anaplastic large cell lymphoma, the foundation was created to offer support where few resources existed for teens navigating a cancer diagnosis.

Through acts of kindness like makeovers, support groups, and social events, Kaely’s Kindness supports the emotional, physical, and practical needs of teens touched by cancer. Made up of volunteers directly impacted by this disease, the foundation is committed to helping teen girls not just cope, but thrive.
